One of the consistent best sellers at the Historical Society's book store is Eureka & Humboldt County, California, one of Arcadia Publishing's "Images of America" series. In fact, this book was a trail blazer. Published in 2001, it was the first in this nation-wide series to focus on Humboldt County.
Written by two now-former Directors of the Clarke Museum, it uses photographs from the Clarke's collection to give an overview of all aspects of our history.
